E-mail Troubleshooting
     
  Sometimes our members have problems receiving e-mail. Before asking us to investigate a problem, please answer the questions below with as much information as you can. The more information you provide us, the better we can investigate your problem. You may even end up resolving the problem yourself (it often happens).
     
  Q: Why am I not receiving my Moringstar.com e-mail?
  Did you check your subscriptions to make sure you are signed up to receive the e-mail you expect to receive?
  Is your e-mail address correct?
  Are you currently receiving e-mail from other companies?
  When was the last time you received an e-mail from Morningstar.com?
  Have all of your Morningstar.com e-mails stopped or are they showing up inconsistently?
